Introduction

This top-tier Villa was completed in December of 2023. It is nestled on the edge of a forest, perched above the Himos golf area.

Himos Hillside is a luxuriously equipped Villa which is perfectly suited for golfing or ski groups. It is also perfect for family reunions, multi-family vacations, company parties, and even executive meetings. The Villa boasts two exceptionally large terraces on the slope side. Each terrace features a spacious lounge area. On the lower Terrace, you can feel free to unwind in a luxurious 7-person Hot Spring branded Hot tub.
Within walking distance of the Villa, you can find Himos ski slopes, golf course, Himos Arena (with all of the restaurants), as well as hiking and mountain trails.

The Villa offers a range of comprehensive, high-quality amenities designed to ensure your utmost comfort. The kitchen features premium appliances, along with all essential cooking utensils and tableware to accommodate up to 24 guests. This Villa has the latest in-home technology which includes geothermal heating, heat recovery ventilation, a cooling air source heat pump, an 11 kW electric vehicle charging station, and a Yale smart lock. There is parking available for up to 9 cars with a spacious, secure storage area outside for both boards, skis and golf bags.

Meetings

Himos Hillside is designed for versatile use and is perfectly suited for hosting meetings in a unique and inspiring environment. Here, you can easily combine work and relaxation while enjoying the tranquility of nature and the surrounding activities.

Meetings can be held in the spacious downstairs living area or on the large terrace. Both floors feature 65-inch screens, and the upstairs area is also equipped with video projector and a screen, providing visibility for larger groups. The villa offers a Wi-Fi network and all necessary HDMI cables.

A Message from the Owners

Our paths first crossed during our student years in 1987. Since then, we’ve spent many holidays together, and for a long time now, with our families as well. We’ve taken motorcycle trips, gone sailing, hosted large gatherings with friends, and organized golf tournaments. Over the years, we’ve developed a solid understanding of what travelers seek in their vacations. Our experiences living abroad and traveling for work have also given us valuable insights into the elements that make for excellent service, both big and small.

Gradually, a dream began to take shape—to one day create the perfect setting for gatherings of work teams, friends, and family vacations. Choosing Himos as the location for our villa was an easy decision, thanks to its central location, stunning landscapes, diverse activities, and year-round events.
